Small Groups at New Life Church


We currently have a number of small groups meeting in homes
to study the Bible together.

  • Monday evening: A verse-by-verse study in Isaiah is taught by Michael Canino and meets online as well as in person at 7:00 at the home of Michael and his wife Robin. For more information, contact Michael at 856-404-2182.
  • Tuesday morning:  “IRON MEN” - “HIS SCRIPTURE KEEPERS”. Study and learn from Gene Pollic and Don Setliff How we got the Bible we have and use today. This study meets every other Tuesday, from 10-11:30 am at the Ammenity Center at “The Village at Calabash” 1099 Clubview Ln SW, Carolina Shores, NC.  If you have any questions, you can contact Gene at 765-584-5859 or Don at 703-887-4768

  • Tuesday morning:  Men’s Bible Group – FORGED – To Grow in Christ in a judgment-free environment, join us every other Tuesday morning from 10-11:30 am at the Ammenity Center at “The Village at Calabash” 1099 Clubview Ln SW, Carolina Shores, NC.  For more information, contact Trent at 845-825-4782

  • Tuesday afternoon: This study will focus on Galatians and meets at 2:00 p.m. at the home of facilitator Michael Canino and his wife Robin.  For more information, contact Michael at 856-404-2182.

  • Tuesday afternoon: A study in 1John led by Ray McDowell and will meet at 2pm each week in Ray and MaryLee’s home.  For more information, contact Ray at 910-616-4199

  • Wednesday or Thursday options:  Our ladies Side by Side Bible study offers 3 different times and locations to choose from.  For information on the current study being offered, call Janet Russ at 803-622-7175 or email her at russjanet@gmail.com.

  • Thursday:  This study in Beginner Biblical Hebrew ~ understanding God's Word thru the original Word of God is facilitated THROUGH EMAIL with unlimited participation led by Gene and Shelba Pollic every Thursday. If you have any questions, contact Gene at 765-584-5859

We also have other small groups which meet at least monthly.

  • Women Without Partners: All single ladies are invited to participate in this special ministry designed to encourage and support other women living without a partner.  The plan is to get together at least once each month. Please check the  the church calendar for the date, time and location of coming events.
